Afternoon everyone and welcome to another fun Friday!

Yep it’s everyones favourite day of the week and here at Gadgets we are spending it having a little fun round the office. You all know that since the Trade Fair a few weeks ago we’ve had lots of new gadgets appearing on the site for you to treat yourselves to.

One of these new items was the the Flytech Hoverpod, stock arrived yesterday and everyone in the office was excited to have a go! After all the important techie stuff is done, such as photographing it, we were all free to take it to the floor and have some play time.

Even though I’m not a huge remote control “gadget fan” nor have I ever thought to buy a helicopter, the Hoverpod is something I can adapt to. As it safely hovers on the floor there’s no need to live in fear when I take the wheel! After I had a little go at testing its endurance, bumping in to every wall and object possible (no “women drivers” remarks please!) Dirk took the controls and showed us all how it was done. This gadget really is a great barrel of laughs and I would recommend it. Its just a shame we only had the one Hoverpod sent to the office or a gadgets race could have been in order (not that I would have won)!
