Returns Procedure

This document explains the process you should follow if you wish to return a product to us. Before returning goods make sure you read about your cancellation rights and our 30 day refund policy on our Terms and Conditions page.

If for any reason you wish to return a product, please call our helpline on 01923 750075. You will be issued with a Returns Number that will act as a reference to track your return and be advised of the method of return to use. Please ensure you quote the return number in any correspondence with us.

Once you have obtained a Returns Number, write the number clearly on the outside of your parcel as shown below and then return your goods to:

Any replacements or refunds will be processed within 7 working days once the original item has been returned to us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us safely and securely in their original packaging.
