However it is as a muscle relaxer that he really earns his keep. For general de-stressing simply rub Bugg over the area, for more knotty muscles press a bit harder and let Bugg's smooth rounded feet do the hard work.. Rub him over your scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, legs and (it says here in the instructions) anywhere inbetween!
