Personalised Champagne

A really good bottle of Champagne makes a perfect present at any time, but why settle for the boring, well known brands, when you can now add a personal touch and give the recipient a bottle bearing their own name! Presents with that personal touch are always that bit more special and give that certain something that mass produced gifts just can't replicate.

Both Champagnes are a cut above the better known Brands - one is a premier Cru Champagne (rated over 90 by the Champagne Council in France), and the other has previously been used as the house Champagne at the Ritz. Bottoms up!

Personalisation

The champagne label can be personalised with any message you wish for that someone special. You can choose any text within reason up to 120 characters including spaces and punctuation. Some examples are "Will you marry me?", "Jo, Love you always. xx"

Colour - Pale salmon pink.
Mousse / Bubbles - Fine bubbles, giving way to a persistent mousse.
Nose - Intense summer berries and red fruit.
Palate - Fresh and lively summer fruits with a touch of cassis on the finish.

Cattier Brut

An excellent non-vintage Champagne - Fresh and perfectly balanced.

Cattier Champagne is served on First Class British Airways, American Airlines, and perhaps most impressively of all - Air France! Cattier has also historically been served as the house Champagne at the Ritz! Astonishing quality Champagne from one of the most consistent producers in the region.

Colour - Pale straw yellow
Mousse / Bubbles - Fine bubbles, giving way to a persistent mousse.
Nose - Apple and citrus initially, giving way to some very light biscuity notes and lightly toasted brioche.
Palate - Zingy citrus flavours, fresh and lively with a bright finish.
