These Dr. Hot and Cool bags are great as a natural method of easing aches and pains. Whether you are suffering from a big night out, or a bit of a niggle after a game of football just apply the bag to the pain to soothe it away!
Both bags are reusable. The Dr. Cool back just needs to be chilled in the fridge. The Dr. Hot bag needs to 'clicked' to be used, and then re-charged in boiling water.
