Racing cars is old hat. We've all seen the visions of the future with flying cars, and so it shall come to pass that the Hover Pods are the way forward for nearly ground based racing. The Flytech Hoverpod Racers will jet across most smooth surfaces and can be manoeuvred around obstacles, well it wouldn't be much fun if they just went in a straight line now would it?

The Hoverpods are controlled by a dual band remote control which allows two Hoverpods operating on different bands to be raced against each other. The hoverpods operate in much the same way as a hover craft, but without needing the cushion of air to sit on. In order to keep the weight of the actual Hoverpod minimal they contain a lightweight rechargeable battery which is charged direct from the controller, a 10 minute charge giving about 5 minutes racing fun. Hoverpods are made from a lightweight material which is durable enough to be resistant to most crashes that it may sustain in general use.

If you like racing radio controlled vehicles, but are bored of cars then the Hoverpods are just the thing. Easy to control you'll be whizzing around the house like a pro in no time niftily navigating all manner of cunningly constructed obstacle courses following the most devious designs you can conjure.
