Key Finder

Amazing little device....as long as I remember where my handbag is which isnt that impossible as it is quite big, I can find my keys in seconds! Slip out the card swipe the switch and bleep bleep found the keys! I used to get stressed searching for the keys and almost always they were in a place I'd already looked. Now I'm no longer stressed and running just on time for everything! There was a small blip with the signal between the two, however I think that was down to the battery being low or at least I'm hoping so!

i bought this for my girlfriend as she is always losing her keys and we spend half an hour looking for the keys and they end up being found the most obvious place, as for the product, it is a handy thing to have, it really does work. weve not tried it with regards to distance but it does what it says on the tin. my only wish is the part you put on your keys could be a little smaller and discret but its not a big deal. would recommend!

I'm about to buy my third one of these. It's the best keyfinder I've come across - easy to use, easy to hear and the credit card bit is nice and small BUT the previous two I bought both stopped working after about 6 months. It's such a great key finder I'm giving one last go.

I bought this item for my 87 year old aunt who has limited vision and frequently cannot find her keys. The product works well but my only comment would be that being old and partially sighted the "on/off" on the card is quite difficult for her to find. If the edge of the switch could be made to feel completely different to the edge of the card it would be perfect.

I bought one of these earlier in the year for my wife who keeps losing her car key. It works a treat and have had to use it several times. We've used it to find her car key mostly around the house but also once in a dark carpark (she had dropped the in the car). Because it works so well, I've bought another one for her house keys!

Bought this for my mother as she loses her keys too often, it works very well and I'm happy with the purchase. As long as she remembers to put it on her keyring! (perhaps I need a finder for the finder)

I bought this as a present for a work colleague who was losing his car keys every single day. Since getting this gadget he's had no panic attacks at all! We work in a three-storey building, and can always hear it no matter where he has left it. Brilliant buy.

This is a great little invention, saves me losing my temper when keys go missing. I would have given it 5 stars, but I think the sound level could be higher.

It works however, it does not work unless it is very close. 40 metres? more like 40cm!

Worked straight out of the box. I am disabled and use this device to communicate with my Wife which it does superbly. Delivery was the day but one after placing the order. All round a really excellent service from gadgets.co.uk - different from websites who take your money for goods which they do not have in stock.

Bought one last year for my partner and it worked brilliantly until she lost the card after about 4 months.I probably need to buy several to attach to everything she loses : (

Well after having surgery on both my eyes and being partially sighted I thought this little gadget would be a great isea as I am always looking for my keys. But unfotunatley it didn't work at all! It makes no sound what so ever. My husband changed the batteries for me but it still didn't work so a total waste of time for me.

WOW! ta to Gadgets for next day delivery - very impressive. Am not being picky, but i am a design and technology teacher who is always losing his keys - and sending a variety of kids off to find them! Have already tried the "clap" and "whistle" types, but they were very unreliable going off at random times in the noisy environment of a classroom... The transmitter will not survive in a wallet as it doesn't really want to be flexed.. My wallet is the same curve as my bum and i know that putting the card unit into a wallet would be a bad idea.. so a bit of planning would go a long way.. i will be keeping both (yep! i bought two - one for my house keys and one for my school keys!) The receiver is light and small and can be heard across from several rooms and does the job very well. A small point though is that the cover for the sounder is not glued on and can come off if knocked with my keys, so have super glued it in place. On the whole. this is a brilliant little piece of technology that will find so many uses around the home and work.. Have even thought of putting them onto our cats to find them in the house! Keys, home phones (glue one onto the back of the phone - (lost phone with dead battery!) people?!? Hope this hepls anyone!

... but i will not be buying it, mainly due to the fact that my girlfriend will lose the card! Otherwise a great looking gizmo.

Haven't used the key finder yet as it is a xmas present. However can't fault the delivery - I placed my order on the Tuesday night and received the order on Thursday morning. Due to the quick delivery I have since purchased other goods.

Fantastic. My daughter has brain damage and is forever loosing her keys. Thanks to this fantastic bit of kit it saves us time no more searching for lost keys. A real god send.

When 2 small boys of friends visited us and our keys went missing Keyfinder came to the rescue as we would never have found them in the garden where we assume the boys had put them. Having had keyfinders before this one is the one we found to work the best. The last one only failed becaus e the card went through the washing machine and eventually failed after a few days

works great just keep card in my wallet good when out working from my van always losing them in van thumbs up!

Love this product...bought for a friend who's always losing her keys/phone etc and she's said it's great. Only gave 4 stars as we tested it in the car and it didn't alarm....but that was only once and has been fine since, wherever she's left the keys!!!!! She even heard the alarm in her car from the house so plenty of range and loud enough! Credit card size is really useful too.....unless she loses her purse!!!!

Thanks to who ever invented this bit of kit....love it, the stress level will go down in this family. My husband is forever leaving his keys everywhere round the house...anywhere but the key box! The credit size key finder is neat. The presentation box is smart and this is a wonderful gift at any time for those people who are forever misplacing their keys and for us an ideal gift for Father's Day.

what a relief to get a great gadget so promptly. Bought as a present for a colleague from the rest of us it did what it said on the box - ok -on the website. And we liked the fact that it was in a metal case. Just a pity that postage works out expensive for one item.

I bought the keyfinder because my husband has Alzheimers and kept 'losing' things. At the moment it's his torch, so I've attached the keyfob to the torch's handle. Next week it might be something else, so I'll attach the keyfob to that. It was driving me crazy, turning the house upside down every 5 minutes to find things. Now I'm much calmer, and it's fun using the keyfinder and following the bleeps.

I purchased this for a friend who has a 20 month old baby who loves to play with his daddies key's when he comes home. Problem was the baby would leave them in hidey holes and he spent ages looking for them. Now problem solved as he has the credit type card locator in his wallet and at the push of a button he is guided to there location.

After seeing this product on your website (gadgets.co.uk) I instantly thought I got to get one. So with a simple transaction and quick delivery I had my Key Finder to play with. It has a great range and is very easy to use, just click the button on the credit card sized card and listen for the beep to get faster as you get closer to the receiver which is on your keys. But I also had hours of fun with my little sister as she was hidding the keys for me to find. And remarkably enough... I found them every time. So a superb product. A+ for gadgets.co.uk
