Fact: desks need lamps. Without them it's too dark to do any writing and you can strain your eyes staring at a bright computer screen for hours at a time, so the LED desk lamp makes an excellent partner for your work station. It may not be the fanciest desk light in the world, but it's brighter and more environmentally friendly than a standard bulb table lamp.
Because it uses LEDs rather than a conventional light bulb, the LED desk lamp produces a strong beam that's not as harsh on the eyes as most lights, and lasts an average of 50 times longer than an incandescent bulb would.
