I have this pen and it does indeed do as it says - the sound quality is not good, but it is a fair recorder - also easy to transfer files to PC, I gave it a lower score because although the photo's on the box make it look like a 'normal' sized pen - its actually fairly big - more like a comedy pen - which makes the 'spy' aspect a bit redundant.
