The new V-Jet Full Tilt is without a doubt the most innovative remote control plane that we have seen at Gadgets Towers. Sure at first glance it may just appear to be your ordinary run of the mill r/c plane, but look closer or see it in flight and you'll instantly notice the V-Jet's unique swing wing feature that allows the whole assembly to fully tilt. This plane can swing its wings into the horizontal position for vertical takeoff or landing, or just for hovering, and then swing them right back again to zoom away in plane mode. Oh, and did we mention that it can do all this mid-flight via remote control?

In 'plane mode' the V-Jet operates like a standard plane, allowing you to taxi, and take off using a runway, so you're going to need a fair amount of space. Luckily the V-Jet is perfect for taking outside on calm days so you can have it soaring majestically through the sky. 'Helicopter mode' allows for a bit more precision with your manoeuvres, as well as vertical take off and landing. Of course you can switch between modes mid flight as many times as you like simply by operating the right hand control stick to enter helicopter mode, and just accelerating rapidly to swing the wings back to plane mode as shown in the video below.

The internal lightweight lithium polymer battery will give around five minutes of flight, and can be airborne again in 20-30 minutes using the portable charger provided. The V-Jet's twin modes make it surprisingly manoeuvrable for such a sophisticated vehicle, and the tough lightweight flexible foam it is constructed from will ensure it can withstand the odd bumpy landing. The V-Jet also comes with a detailed flight manual which gives fantastic flying tips for the pilots of all ability, no matter how many flying hours they have under their wings.
