7) Orders, pricing & payment

• Placing an order is an offer; acceptance normally occurs when the retailer dispatches the goods, service or digital content.
• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Retailers may reject or cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock/availability issues, failed verification or payment).
• Payments are processed by trusted providers; we do not store full card details.

8) Delivery & digital access

• Physical goods: estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery.
• Digital content/services: access is usually granted upon payment/verification. You are responsible for compatible hardware, software and internet access.

9) Consumer cancellations & returns

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• Distance cancellation (14 days): You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt (goods) or of contract (services). You must return goods in reasonable condition; you bear return postage unless faulty.
• Exceptions: bespoke/customised goods; sealed items unsealed for health/hygiene; and digital content once download/streaming has begun with your express consent acknowledging loss of the right to cancel.
• How to cancel: Email the retailer with your order details. Refunds are made using your original payment method.

10) (Optional) Domain-related services

If you purchase domain registration, transfer or renewal services:

• Registration/renewal is subject to the applicable registry's terms and policies (e.g. Nominet's rules). We do not control registry decisions or availability.
• You are responsible for accurate contact details and timely renewals. Failure to renew may result in suspension or loss of the domain.
• We may require verification or documentation to comply with registry or legal requirements.

11) Intellectual property

The Site and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for personal use only. You must not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without permission.

12) User-generated content

• You remain the owner of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce and display it for operating the Site.
• You warrant your content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

13) Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

14) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Consumers: we only provide the Site for domestic and private use; if you use it for commercial purposes, our liability is limited as for business users.
• Business users: our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms is limited to the amounts paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15) Indemnity (business users)

If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

16) Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (including outages of third-party networks, registries, payment processors or utilities).

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the changes.

18) Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

19) General

• Severance: If any part is invalid, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver: A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: We may transfer our rights and obligations; this will not affect your rights.
• Entire agreement: These terms form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
